How is our hair assembled?

On all of our hair the cuticle is aligned in the same direction and double wefted to reduce chances of matting, tangling and shedding. Double wefting is the process of two single wefts sewn together on one extension of hair. Double wefting provides more thickness leaving the hair looking more natural and fuller. So, the single wefted extension consists of one layer unlike with double wefted where the single layer is now twofold.

How are we able to offer top quality hair at an affordable price?

We want to be reasonable and fair. We could charge MORE like our competitors charge for the same quality, but why be greedy if we can provide the same quality or better at an affordable price. We may make a little less but we believe we will be able to provide a great product to a lot more people 🙂

Where is our hair collected and sourced from?

The factory we have partnered with uses a purchase team. The purchase team specializes in finding the healthiest and best sourced mink hair. Our hair is sourced responsibly from our factories branch offices in India and Burma.

What grades of hair do we sell?

We believe in providing you with the highest quality so we only sell 10A and 9A hair. 10A hair is the highest quality of hair that you can buy and it’s also the most expensive (but NOT when shopping on our website 🙂 It’s 100% unprocessed virgin hair, which means it is pure human hair from one donor that has not been processed in any way and all the cuticles are intact. It’s very thick and strong and can last for a very long time with proper care.

How long does shipping take?

Your order will ship out within 24-48 hours. (Except for holidays)
3-4 days to USA or Canada by Dhl or FedEx
4-5 days to Europe and Australia by Dhl or TNT
6-7 days to Africa by Dhl or TNT

What is our return and refund policy?

All items can be returned within 10 Days. If you are not satisfied with our hair just contact us within 10 days after receiving goods. Your refund will be returned once we have received the goods back at our storehouse in its original state.

Seller will pay the return shipping fee if; we shipped the wrong hair, the wrong color, or if there is a problem with the quality of the hair.
Buyer will pay the return shipping fee if: the buyer would like to change the type of hair, the color, or simply dislikes the hair. Please Note: The returned hair should be in its original state. Please do not wear, install, change the color or process the hair before its returned. We will NOT accept any such returns.

Can AVH's hair be lightened, colored or permed?

Since AVH’S hair is 100 % virgin human hair, it can be permed and colored if you desire. To get the best results, you should first consult with a licensed cosmetologist.

What methods of payment are accepted?

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, JCB and Union Pay.

What countries do we ship to?

The United States, Canada, Europe, Australia and Africa.
